(316) 267-SAFE (7233)
The YWCA Women’s Crisis Center 24-hour Hotline is available to victims of domestic violence and to their families and friends.
It provides information, referrals and emotional support. The hotline is totally confidential, and staffed by volunteers who complete extensive training in all of these crimes. Hotline volunteers can also arrange for emergency transportation to shelter.
A volunteer can connect a caller with someone who speaks Spanish. With the help of a language line, callers who speak other languages can be served through the YWCA Women’s Crisis Center, 8 to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday, 267-7233.
There is also a statewide hotline that will route your call toll free to the hotline nearest you, including ours, if you are outside the Wichita area call 1-800-END-ABUSE.
